Please note that we offer a 30-day guarantee following receipt of your order. However, if the instructions regarding the care of the clothing or accessories have not been followed, the warranty does not apply.
We accept returns of Kim & Joe products provided they have not been worn or washed. For all costs related to product returns, it is important to note that they will be at the customer's expense.

Kim & Joe releases itself from product liability for delays, loss or theft when we transmit the products to the postal service. That said, we are not responsible for loss or theft of your products once in your possession. For all matters relating to delivery, please refer to our Delivery page .
Please note that standard delivery times must always be calculated before we receive the product sent for exchange. No refunds are possible, which is why we offer you an applicable store credit for the value of your exchange in question. Store credit has no expiration date.
