Shipping policy

All our orders are processed and shipped within a maximum of 7 working days. Unless pre-ordered, processing time is not guaranteed .

For remote areas, we reserve the right to ship packages with the carrier of our choice considering the high delivery costs. The delivery time is therefore not guaranteed.

SHIPPING TO QUEBEC

- Purolator express delivery for $11 with tracking number.

- Delivery time 2-3 business days (may vary by region).

- Orders of $150 and more are eligible for free shipping.

SHIPPING TO ONTARIO

- Express delivery for $12 with tracking number

- Delivery time 2 to 5 working days

- Orders $180+ are eligible for free shipping

SHIPPING ELSEWHERE IN CANADA

- Express delivery for $15 with tracking number

- Delivery time 2 to 5 working days

- Orders of $250+ are eligible for free shipping

 

 

LOSS/THEFT/DELAY OF PACKAGES

Please note: Kim & Joe releases itself from product liability for delays, loss or theft when we transmit the products to the postal services. Once your package is in the hands of Purolator or any other courier service, if you have any questions you will need to contact them directly. In addition, it is important to carefully look at the information related to your order because we are not responsible for address errors during checkout. If the address you provided to us is not valid and the package returns to us, we will notify you of additional charges to re-ship the package to you.
