TAXES AND CUSTOMS FEES
You may be charged customs fees if you order outside of Canada. We charge provincial and federal taxes for all our Canadian customers. For international customers, taxes are charged by your country's authorities when going through customs. This is a situation that is beyond our control and we cannot assume these additional charges under any circumstances.
LOSS/THEFT/DELAY OF PACKAGES
Please note: Kim & Joe releases itself from product liability for delays, loss or theft when we transmit the products to the postal services. Once your package is in the hands of Purolator or any other courier service, if you have any questions you will need to contact them directly. In addition, it is important to carefully look at the information related to your order because we are not responsible for address errors during checkout. If the address you provided to us is not valid and the package returns to us, we will notify you of additional charges to re-ship the package to you.
