Although our products are assembled with care, to err is human and we sometimes encounter small imperfections in the finish of our clothing and accessories.

Even if these imperfections are very often minimal, out of respect for you, our dear customers, we cannot sell these items at full price. We have therefore decided to provide you with a section for our little imperfect ones at a discount, therefore at a VERY low price (up to 50% off) .

Minor imperfections* may include:

• Slightly offset or imperfect seams
• Small, barely visible stain
• Kim & Joe label missing, poorly sewn or inside out
• Discoloration or dye difference in vegan leather
  

Our orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once the order is processed, the delivery time is 1 to 2 business days for Quebec (except for remote areas). For all information on shipping, see our Delivery page.

We accept product returns within 30 days of purchase provided they have not been worn or washed .

All accessories such as teething toys, rattles, pacifier clips are neither exchangeable nor refundable for health reasons.

Any item reduced by 40% or more is considered a final sale , no exchanges or refunds. Any item already reduced with an additional percentage discount is only exchangeable, unless the total discount reaches 40% or more.
