Although our products are meticulously assembled, to err is human and we sometimes encounter small imperfections in the finishing of our clothing and accessories.

Even though these imperfections are very often minimal, out of respect for you, our dear customers, we cannot sell these items at full price. We have therefore decided to provide you with a section for our small imperfections at a discount, so at VERY low prices (up to 50% off) .

Minor imperfections* may include:

• Slightly offset or imperfect seams
• Small, barely visible stain
• Kim & Joe label missing, poorly sewn or upside down
• Missing care label
• Small pile of threads

*Does not affect the fit or appearance of the garment on the child

The pieces sent will be sent randomly, they are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

We accept product returns within 30 days of purchase provided they have not been worn or washed .

All accessories such as teething toys, rattles, pacifier clips are neither exchangeable nor refundable for health reasons.

Any item reduced by 40% or more is considered a final sale , no exchanges or refunds. Any item already reduced with an additional percentage discount is only exchangeable, unless the total discount reaches 40% or more.
